6th – With only three riders out, 50 mph gusts brewing for the afternoon and Trevor booked in for yet another afternoon party, the run was curtailed to tacking through the lanes. Miles 30-45.
13th – Five riders took a slightly longer route to Banningham, where four more Wheelers were waiting. The outward route went by way of Hylton Crossways, Swanton Hill, Scottow, Anchor Street, Neatishead and Ashmanaugh to the popular Olive Branch at Tunstead. The homeward run was via Belaugh Green, Coltishall, Hautbois, Lamas, Marsham, Cawston, and ‘Siggat’ to the final split at Ingworth.
PC to PC 59 miles. A few riders did 70+.
