Club Run, 29/10

NNW Ultras at Itteringham

Two out from Pretty Corner picked up three more at Itteringham. Malcolm,  continuing his recovery from injury, headed back home from Plumstead.

The devious route to the Post Office cafe at Guist went by way of Starling’s Hill, Stody, Burgh Stubbs, Foulsham and Watery Lane. At the refreshment stop there was another welcome return for Nick P and his loyal domestique, Geoff, who had come their own way from home to meet us.

Homeward bound was via Bintree mill, Foulsham. Themelthorpe, Jordan Green, Booton, Allison Street and Brampton to White Cross and the final split at Banningham.

Following last week’s defaillance, it was good to see Trevor as fit as a loppy dog today.

Conditions: superb for cycling.

PC to PC: 60 miles/Itteringham to Itteringham: 48 miles/ Max: 66 miles.
